Please join members, current Penn students, newly admitted students to the Penn Class of 2016, Penn Parents, guests, and friends of the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Club of Western PA and the Wharton Club of Western Pennsylvania, as we proudly welcome all University of Pennsylvania Alumni, Past, Present, and Future (Penn Class of 2016 Admittees), to celebrate Ben Franklin's 306th birthday and his greatest achievement: the founding of the University of Pennsylvania!
We are honored to have as our speaker, Professor Sanford (Sandy) Schwartz, a Wharton and an SAS Faculty Member. The timely title of his talk will be, "Healthcare: the Good the Bad, and Beyond". Given the U.S. Supreme Court's current case on the constitutionality of President Obama's Healthcare program, it should be a very enlightening presentation and discussion, regardless of opinion. Sandy has an M.D. from Penn, and is an acknowledged expert on the subject.
